We help with residency transactions for family members, employees, investors and partners, and with residency cancellation.

Family residence (employee sponsor)

Employment contract with a salary of at least AED 4,000 for family, or AED 10,000 to sponsor parents (per ALWAFRA material).

Investor or partner residence

Additionally requires the trade licence and memorandum of association.

Residency cancellation

Sponsor’s original ID and a copy of the sponsored person’s passport.

Typical requirements

  • Sponsor’s original Emirates ID
  • Copy of the sponsored person’s passport
  • Personal photo with a white background
  • Attested marriage certificate (family residence)
  • Attested birth certificates for sponsored children
  • Tenancy contract (Ejari)
  • Trade licence and memorandum (investor or partner)
